Mandate Molefi are CTT certified consultants with the Barrett Values Centres and an accredited supplier of these tools. The Barrett Values Centre (BVC) provides powerful metrics that enable leaders to measure and manage the cultures of their organizations, and the leadership development needs of their managers and leaders. The core products of the organisation are the Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT). The Cultural Transformation Tools have been used to map the values of over 3,000 organisations and 2,000 leaders in 50 countries. The Cultural Transformation Tools are used by corporations, NGOs, government and municipal agencies, communities, schools and nations. The CTT values assessment instruments are available in over 30 languages.
Mandate Molefi’s accreditations include membership of The Diversity Collegium, founded in 1991 by a group of prominent pioneers in the field of Diversity. The first meeting of the group was organized in January 1992. Originally, the group formed in a spirit of collegiality to be an informal think tank and work on advancing the field of diversity. This goal was noble in that the founding members were not only pioneers in the field of diversity, but also frequently competed against each other.
The Enneagram Profile is a useful guide on the journey towards self‐development, relationship building, conflict resolution and the improvement of team dynamics. It should be applied from an Open Systems perspective. It is therefore not aimed at “boxing”, limiting or categorising people. The Integrative Enneagram Report works with an individual as a more complex, layered, unique and distinct being than other Typing systems. Mandate Molefi is a licensed facilitator for conducting the Enneagram assessments.
